
DEEPMNTRG5 is a project dedicated to the identification, monitoring, and analysis of disinformation content in the digital environment. It also includes research, development, and educational initiatives designed to enhance the resilience of society and public institutions against disinformation.
The activities under DEEPMNTRG5 are carried out by the Disinformation Analysis Center (OAD), an interdisciplinary research and analytical unit dedicated to identifying and countering contemporary information threats.
Key areas of OAD’s activities include:
- Infosphere analytics and monitoring – analysis of narrative trends, coordinated inauthentic behavior (CIB), and foreign information operations.
The results of this work are provided to the Ministry of Digital Affairs in the form of ongoing reports. In 2025 alone, more than 300 reports were produced, and a further 140 reports were submitted during the first half of 2026. - Response to information threats – identifying harmful content and reporting it to online platforms. In 2025, nearly 46,000 pieces of disinformation content and accounts were reported, while in the first quarter of 2026 alone, this number exceeded 60,000.
- Cooperation through national and international partnerships – fostering collaboration among public administration bodies, academia, non-governmental organizations, and international partners.
- Education and awareness-raising on disinformation – developing modern educational materials and delivering training courses, workshops, and projects aimed at students, teachers, trainers, and educators.
- Development of analytical competencies – including through the organization of the NASK OSINT CTF and DISINFOHACK competitions.
- Expert and scientific activities – producing academic publications, participating in conferences, and cooperating with the media.
